Dr Manasi Deshmukh, with over 13 years of cross-functional experience in the healthcare landscape, stands at the unique intersection of clinical practice and digitized healthcare.
Her journey began with 3 years as a Resident Medical Officer, providing a firsthand understanding of the specialized needs of the medical community.
With sheer sincerity alongside, transitioning from the ward to the boardroom, she spent 8 years mastering Healthcare IT sales, marketing and project management, where she identified a critical gap: the need for a seamless, "clinical-grade" digital infrastructure for communication in the medical fraternity.
A graduate of the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Dr. Deshmukh combines medical ethics with entrepreneurship . Under her leadership, Synapse serves as the vital link - the digital "neural connection" - that allows medical professionals to communicate, educate, and collaborate without technical friction.
